Substitution Policy

At Blooming Rose, the images of flowers and containers displayed on our website are intended to represent the overall style and aesthetic of the arrangement. Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, certain flowers, fillers, or containers may not be available at the time of your order. In such cases, we will substitute similar items while maintaining the overall design, style, and color scheme of the arrangement. All substitutions are made at the discretion of our skilled floral designers to ensure your satisfaction.

Deliveries

• Same-Day Deliveries: Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM PST to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST will be delivered the following day. For any questions, please contact us at (747) 344-6060.
• Delivery Time Requests: While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, you may include a preferred time in your order form, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
• If Recipients Are Not Home: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will leave the arrangement in the safest location near the door or with a neighbor. Alternatively, we may contact the recipient by phone to confirm address details or ensure someone is present to receive the flowers.

Returns and Exchanges

• All Sales Are Final: Refunds are not permitted.
• Defective Items: Exchanges may be considered for defective items only. If you receive a defective product, please email a photo to orders@bloomingroseflowers.com within 12 hours of purchase.

Cancellations

• Cancelations: Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time by calling (747) 344-6060.
• Changes: Changes to an order can be made by phone, provided the arrangement has not yet been started.
• Restrictions: Orders for same-day deliveries or arrangements that have already been created cannot be canceled or changed.
